Advantage has 1 brazing furnace in addition to 5 sintering furnaces, each
capable of sintering about 350 lbs of product per hour. The sintering atmosphere
used in the furnaces is nitrogen/hydrogen for consistent product quality.

Capabilities: Heat-Treatment, resin impregnation, oil impregnation, machining,
assembly, sizing, steam treatment, vibratory and slurry finishing, plating
, assembly and brazing. Other secondary operations can be sourced to meet
a specific need.

dedicated entirely to the design and manufacture of powdered metal tooling.
The management and engineering staff at Advantage has over 100 years of combined
