Sample Parts

The geometries and sizes of possible parts varies greatly. Below is a small cross-section of the sizes and geometries Avantage Sintered Metals manufactures. Current part weights vary from 1815 grams (4 lbs) to 2.5 grams. Complex geometries not suited to P/M manufacture can be machined. Various assemblies of P/M components are possible as well.

Advantage Sintered Metals is currently manufacturing over 400 components with
 volumes ranging from 500 parts to 3 million parts annually.
